NATIONAL METHAMPHETAMINE TRAINING & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CENTER
Phi Rhea is the Executive Assistant for the National Meth Center. She has more than 17 years experience in a non-profit social service agency specializing in administration, legislative issues, funding and personnel.
In her position as Executive Assistant, she is responsible for coordinating conferences/events, liaison for questions related to the National Meth Center and working with various agencies throughout the United States to develop existing or potential regional Meth Centers.
Phi has worked extensively in the field of criminal justice treatment services for drug involved offenders in an administrative and technical capacity to assist the communities to deal with the rising methamphetamine issue.
