Meth trafficker receives life sentence

Man, stabbing victim both meth addicts
Fort Payne, AL - The Monday night stabbing death of a 24-year-old Marshall County woman "was the tragic end of a long line of meth and domestic violence," DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris said Tuesday.
Harris said John Mark Collum Jr., 27, of Albertville is being held in the county jail here without bond in connection with the death of his girlfriend, Kristi Renee Wolf of Douglas, who was stabbed or cut about 50 times "all over her body." He said during a noon news conference Tuesday that his investigators are waiting to hear from District Attorney Mike O'Dell before formally charging Collum in the killing.
Treatment home manager dealt meth
Santa Cruz, CA - The manager of a sober living environment and two of his three tenants were arrested on drug charges after sheriff's narcotic detectives raided the Seabright House and found methamphetamine worth nearly $1,000 Tuesday afternoon.
Detectives believe the home manager, Donald Peter, was selling meth at the house and acting as a dealer for some of the SLE residents, who must stay clean to live in the house, according to Sgt. Mark Yanez, who oversees the Sheriff's Office drug investigation team.
Parents, son busted for meth
Slater, LA - Three members of the same family were in custody Tuesday in connection with a methamphetamine investigation carried out by the Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force.
Renee Lynn Fagan, 46, Michael Todd Fagan, 48, and Benjamin Todd Fagan, 24, all of 2121 N.W. 158th Ave., have been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of precursors of methamphetamine and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
