The CARE initiative is a substance abuse treatment and recovery program funded by the President’s Access to Recovery grant. The CARE Program is open to substance using youth from ages 12 through 20 years old who live in either Los Angeles County or Sacramento County.
Established in 2002, this California program addresses issues associated with assessing and cleaning up former methamphetamine laboratory sites.
PROACT's mission is to proactively locate and seize methamphetamine laboratories through various intelligence sources.
