Meth Center symposium in Hawaii
Representatives from the four largest Hawaiian Islands came to Waikiki to help plan and solidify meth programs at home.

Speakers included James Copple who led work groups in sessions such as:
- A year from now, what differences have we made
- What is the model that can go back to your community
- Designing programs for sustainability

Also at the podium were Linda Fulton of the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment; Peter Carlisle, Honolulu prosecuting attorney; Karl Espaldon, state drug coordinator from the lieutenant governor's office; David Haapala of ADD Resourcess and co-chairs of the national center, Terree Schmidt-Whelan and Priscilla Lisicich.
