Portage, MI - Portage police arrested a 44-year-old Kalamazoo motorist Sunday who they say was under the influence of methamphetamine and cooking the drug while he was driving.
Just before 6 a.m. Sunday, police found a vehicle stopped over the curb on Romence Road Parkway near Portage Road, according to a Portage Police Department news release.
